Storefront is a marketplace where owners of vacant commercial/retail properties go to list their properties to potential renters. While at Storefront, I lead the product design team.

Accomplishments

• Launched the Member Rewards program

• Redesigned the customer messaging interface which lead to an increase in conversion

• Designed features that have increased the engagement of our customers

• Simplified the listing and billing interaction
